1.5 cup strained yogurt

2 medium cucumbers

4 large garlic cloves

4 tbsp olive oil

a little vinegar

salt

 

Grate the peeled cucumbers, salt, and squeeze out liquid.  Mince garlic.  Add all ingredients except oil and stir.  Add oil, stirring until well mixed.  Add paprika if desired.
