Report=Fished the west shore today with my daughters. We only managed two trout which was pretty much the count for most people today. These were probably leftovers from last week which is why I like this lake. It is big and doesn't get fished-out so quickly, even with heavy pressure. Lake staff says they just stocked at 3 a.m. this morning so they should be hot and hungry for tommorrow. Took advantage of the "Shuttle Pontoon" service they have there. Got a ride to my favorite spot on the west shore and didn't even have to rent a boat. They also had a guy in a boat going around selling breakfast burritos and coffee. Pretty cool service here. The fishing wasn't great today but the atmosphere and friendly service made up for it. We also saw two small deer come down by the lake.
