Report=Another awesome day although at first I thought I was going to be skunked today. My daughter and I started out at 6 am near the concession stand with no success from us and only a few caught around us. At 7:30 I decided to move to where the hot spot was two weeks ago but still had only a few bites which were missed. Fished there until 10:30 and decided to try deeper water over by the dam. We hit the honey hole with each of us catching limits of 1 to 2 pound rainbows by 2:30 and the bite was still picking up. Also present were lots of 1 to 3 pound bass along the shoreline. I dabbled a couple of nightcrawlers on #4 test and landed a 3 and 2-pound largemouths. Saw plenty of 1-pounders that just stared at my crawler but the bigger ones inhaled them. Funny- usually it's the other way around but I'm not complaining!! saw no one else catch any bass so consider myself lucky in that dept.
