Report=Fished the lake for the first time. Probably would have been better without all the boat traffic from the holiday weekend. We did ok, nailing a few stripers to 5 pounds and all the carp you want to 15 pounds. Most of our luck came from fishing off the shore in the back of the coves. Also had fun nailing "hords" of 3-5 inch stripers on a 1/16 oz. kastmaster fished in the shallows. This lake is ok, but I think I like Mead and Havasu better. Also, make sure you are properly licensed for the state you are fishing in. Nevada fish and game was out in force.
