Report=The daughter and I fished Irvine Lake today. It was exactly one year ago when she got her world record here. We didn't get a record today, but we did get a nice 3.35 pounder and a 1.5 pounder. It was pretty slow for most everyone that i could see. The wind came up around 10:30 so we left. Nice, healthy trout. The fish stayed alive on the stringer all day and was still kicking when I put him on the scale and then drove over to the cleaning station where I had to clean him alive. My daughter lost the $50 heaviest fish prize by .10 pound. Too bad this one didn't have a taste for rocks like my Wohlford trout did!
