Report: I was invited to fish with "Bent Rod" this evening on his 23' Wellcraft. We fished from 4:30 to 10:00PM at various spots around the harbor. The three of us ended up with 40+ bass, many of which were decent size. We also hit the odd-ball sculpin, halibut and even a big silver perch. Bent Rod is a very nice guy and is very knowledgeable when it comes to fishing the harbor at night. He showed me all of his "hot spots" and set me up with the proper bait and technique to slay the fish (all were released, of course!). He also spent much of his time at the throttle, keeping us on the fish. Mucho thanks again Bent Rod, I had a great time and I'm looking forward to Catalina on Fri!!
