Report: We headed back out on the Breeze Bayou again, same crew with the exception of John, who was replaced by Joe's friend Doug. We wanted to chase some albies offshore but got a late start due to lack of Mexican Permits. (Don't go south without them!!) We started off working the south island. Conditions looked good but no fish seen. (except for one hookup which was stolen by a dog.) Worked around south until we found the "fleet" of party boaters. Dense fog had kept them hidden from much of the private skiffs but we found them working three miles off Rosarito beach. First hookup was on a Rapala while trolling into the area. We then fished dines for 2 more and lost a few. All nice 10-15 pound yellows. We had got on the bite late and most of our bait was dead by now. We trolled out of the area and got bit by a log 'cuda that hit the Fishtrap plastic on the outrigger. Called it a day and headed in. Another good day fishing on the Breeze Bayou!!
