Report: Took the 1/2 day out with my daughter for some bass and barrie action. The bite was slow in the morning, then about 11:00 it began to turn on. That figures, since we had to head in at 11:45. We still managed 6 nice sand bass and a fat 'cuda before we had to reel 'em up. Several things noted: Plastics were working well for those using them. Also, there were just as many bass caught on the fly-lined anchovies as there was with the dropper loops. Bait was nice, healthy anchovies.
