If my dog Sam looks tired here it's because this whole bag was taken in less than 2 hours and I bet he swam a mile getting them against high winds and waves.

Here's Sam again with the first Wood Duck I have ever taken. I know it is not as lively as the one's at Riverside Retreat but Sam and I are proud of it.

Now I'd like to think that this pic was of the Oregon Coast but it is actualy of a friend of mine this last fall in Canada. He was Canadian Goose Hunting with some friends and obviously had an outstanding hunt. They were hiding under giant Goose shells within the decoy spread and the birds just landed right on top of them. I'm working on Virgil to take me with him next year. Looks like fun......

This is Nick Erway after having to sit for hours is his freezing cold Gooseblind. It did pay off though having to rough it like he did.

OH, and here is his gooseblind from the inside looking out, rocking chair, wet bar.....Real Nice "Riverside Retreat"... :) Happy New Year Nick !!!
