Jaki mozna kupic komputer - 22/09/2000
1) Processor. Przecietnie to mozna juz kupic pentium komputery czyli
mozna latwo dostac Pentium Celerony, Pentium II,
Pentium III, Pentium 4, oraz AMD-K6. Jezeli masz Pentium 60MHZ,
75MHZ, 100MHZ i czasami 133MHZ to juz bedziesz
musial/la kupic tez nowa motherboard. Najlepiej to isc
do Pentium III albo Celeron 533MHZ zeby sie komputer tak
nie nagrzewal. Cena jest okolo $250 za AMD-K6 oraz
Pentium III a za Celeron jakies $160. Niedawno zostaly
popularne zostaly Pentium 4 pomiedzy 1.0 GH (gigahertz) do
2.0 GH.
2) Pamiec komputerowa (RAM - Random Access Memory). Dzisiejsze
komputery przychodza juz z 64MB pamieci ale najlepiej to
miec przynajmniej 128MB poniewaz jezeli chcesz kupic
Windows ME oraz nowe OS (operating system) do IBM
to wiecej pamieci tym lepiej. 256MB kosztuje okolo $40.
3) Monitor. Przecietnie w nowych systemach komputerowych, monitory
przychodza na 14" (inche) ale najlepiej to miec 17" lub
wiekszy poniewaz wieksze maja lepsze rezolucje. 17"
monitor kosztuje jakies $130.
4) Karta graficzna. Przecietnie to juz mozna dostac PCI oraz AGP karty
graficzne z 8MB pamieci. To jest najlepsze dla ludzi,
ktorzy nie graja w 3D gry. Jak grasz 3D gry to wiecej
pamieci to lepiej np 32MB pamieci. Nie kupuj karty
graficznej ktora musi brac pamiec z komputera a nie ma
na sobie. 8MB karta wynosi okolo $39.99 do $49.99 a
32MB karta wynosi okolo $99.99.
5) Twardy dysk. Wiekszosc komputerow przychodzi z 17GB i rownie z 20GB
pamiecia twardego dysku czyli nie trzeba narazie zmieniac
niczego ale jak masz 4.3GB twardy dysk to mozna go
zmienic na cos kolo 10GB. Zwlaszcza przychodz w 7200RPM
(szybkosc) Wiecej nie trzeba. Teraz mozna kupic 15GB
twardy dysk za okolo $109 a za 30GB za okolo $129.Western
Digital cennik.
6) CD-ROM. Wiekszosc komputerow przychodzi z 40X (X-szybkosc). To
jest w sam raz ale jak masz ponizej 32X to mozna to
zamienic na 32X i powyzej. Jak kupujesz 50X i wyzej to
sprawdz czy jest noise reductend. Teraz mozna kupic
CD-ROM za okolo $49.99. Teraz to mozna dostac CD-RW (8X
4X 32) oraz DVD.
7) Karta dzwiekowa. Przewaznie komputery maja Sound Blaster karty ktore
ida za oklo $29-$99.
8) Modem. Przewaznie teraz komputery maja albo DSL modem (okolo
400MB na sekunde) oraz 56kbs (5.6MB per sekunde).
Przewaznie najlepsze sa 56kbs modemy gdzie DSL nie zawsze
mozna uzywac. Jak masz stary komputer gdzie nie mozna
uzyc modemy ktore mozna wlozyc do srodka (internal) to
musisz kupic zewnterzny (external). Internal modem
kosztuje okolo $39 a external to $99. USRobotics tylko
jest kosztowny okolo $89 za internal i za external jakies
$149 to tylko mozna sie nim podlaczyc na 19.9kbps na 56k
mode. NIE RADZE GO KUPOWAC. Najlepszy modem jest z
Diamond ale trudno go zainstalowac o ile sie nie znasz na
komputerach

What kind of computer to buy - 9/22/2001
1) Processors. Today we can buy pentium computers which can be either
Celeron, Pentium II, Pentium III, Pentium 4 and also AMD-K6 to which
we can buy easily processor to replace the old ones.
If you still own an old system like Pentium 60MHZ,
75MHZ, 100MHZ and sometimes 133MHZ you should think about
upgrading your motherboard. The best processor that you
should upgrade to is PIII or Celeron 533MHZ. Any higher
may resolve with the system to heat up unless you have
very good heatsink for the processor. The prices are
between $250 to $300 for PIII and AMD and for Celeron
about $150. Letaly the most popular processors are running
between 1.0 GH (gigahertz) to 2 GH.
2) RAM Today's computer mostly come with 64MB of RAM, but the
best to have about 128MB of RAM because newer OS's and
games requires more RAM. 256MB costs about $40.
3) Monitor. The new systems come with 14" monitors (but 17" if it is
bought from a private company). It is better to have 17"
or better because the resolution is higher for a 3D
games. 17" monitors costs about $130.
4) Video Card. Now the new system comes with either PCI or AGP card
which might have 8MB of RAM. This is ok for those people
who do not play 3D games but if you play 3D games then you
should get at least card with 32MB of RAM. Do not buy
a card that shares the memory from the motherboard.
8mb IS ABOUT $39-$49 AND 32MB card is about $99.
5) Hard Dysk. Most computers come with a 17GB and sometimes 20GB but if
you have a 4.3GB hard drive then you should probably
change to 10GB or above hard drive. They are usually
faster about 7200 RPMS. The 15GB hard drive costs about
$109 and a 30GB costs about $129. Western Digital pricing.
6) CD-ROM. Most computers come with a 40X CD-ROM, but if you have a
CD-ROM below 32X then you should get a faster CD-ROM
that is 32X or faster. If you want to buy a CD-ROM
that is faster than 50X make sure that it is noise
reductend. CD-ROMs usually costs about $49.99. Now a days
most computers will come with CD-RW (at least 8X 4X 32X) and
at least DVD player.
7) Sound Card. Mostly computers come with a Sound Blaster cards which
which prices ranges are between $29-$99.
8) Modem. New computers come with DSL modem (which has the speed of
400MB per second) or 56kbs. DSL is not prefered because
most of the time they cannot be used. 56K modem can be
bought as an internal or external modem. If you have
old computer that cannot use internal modem than you
should get an external modem. The internal modem cost
about $39 and external about $99. USRobotics modems are
not prefered because they are very slow (about 19.9 kbs
for 56K modem) and very expensive about $89 for internal
and about $149 for external. Modems from Diamond are the
best, but are very hard to reinstall if you do not know how.
