January was a wash out for snow, just about. This was the best snowman we could muster for the whole month.

March was a bit better, with at least one good snowman-making snow. The subject and the artist.

Trip to Grandma Jean's House in February. Nine days filled with fun and frolic. See the images below for proof.

You are always welcome at Grandma's house.

We visited Happy Hollow again. It's one of Matthew's favorite places. First you visit the petting zoo, and then move on to the amusement park. They have car rides, merry-go-rounds, puppet shows, slides, and fantasy playgrounds. They also have a cool boat pond where you can drive your own boat.

We visited Grandma's beach (Santa Cruz) and Mommy's beach (Capitola) again. I think the seagulls remembered us. This time they did a better job of playing catch with the bread crumbs.

And although it was mighty cold and dismal, no trip is complete without a stop at the park near Grandma's house.

I'm not sure why, but Matthew took this picture while we were at the Birkenstock outlet store getting him a pair of real Birks. I'll assume there is artistry here I'm just missing and will post it to keep my conscience clear.
