Oak Grove T station

Walking Directions to: Middlesex Fells ==> (0.3 mi NW of station, in top left of map). Exit W to Washington St. Go N 0.15 mi to the second street on your left (the first flat street). Proceed W 0.1 mi to the uphill street on your right. Go N up this street a short distance and enter the Fells on your left. The Cascade (0.6 mi N/NW of station, above top left of map). Exit W to Washington St. Go N 0.4 mi to the fourth street on your left (flat fork in road). This is still Washington St. Proceed NW 0.2 mi to bend in road. You should hear the waterfall in the wooded area on your left (except during a summer drought). Pine Banks Park ==> (0.3 mi NE of station, in top right of map). Exit E to pkg lot. Go N 0.1 mi to the opening in the fence on your right, cross footbridge, go E 0.1 mi to Main St, then N 0.1 mi to the park entrance on your right.

Driving Directions from: Rte 128. Take I-93 S about 2 mi to exit 35, follow signs 1 mi to Stone Zoo (N Border Rd becomes South St which becomes Pond St), go past Stone Zoo, take first left to stay on Pond St (straight ahead becomes Woodland Rd), go 0.3 mi to first right (stoplight) onto Fellsway East, go 0.4 mi to first major left onto Washington St, then about one mile to Oak Grove T (on your left). Rte 60 & I-93. This is I-93 exit 32. Go about 2 mi E on Rte 60. Continue under the T underpass and past Stop & Shop (in shopping area on your R). Turn L onto Main St. After 3 stoplights, fork L to stay on Main St, and continue 0.6 mi N to stoplight. Turn L onto Winter St. Oak Grove T is just ahead on your right, as is Washington St.

Where to Park: Pine Banks Park. The main park entrance is beside the caretaker's house. A short distance inside the park is a medium sized parking lot. If full, park on the park road. Oak Grove T pkg lot. A very large lot. The parking fee is several dollars. Middlesex Fells. This part of the Fells has only neighborhood parking, and that is restricted on weekdays because of the nearby T station.
