Report=Yuck! This lake has turned nasty over the summer. Green algea-scum floating all over the surface. Stinks!! We hit up the catfish first by the dam. Nothing. We then fished for bass on the backside and I nailed a #2 pounder and my friend Chuck gets a .5 pounder on worms. After that it was dead. We difted over a shallow weedy area and put on the #18 hooks for wide open action on the baby bass and bluegill. Kind of pathetic reeling in a 3-inch fish but at least we were catching something! Hopefully they will clean it up for trout season.
