| Nice fun work outs... these kind of photos are always amusing.. what's more amusing is contemplating how exactly Rob Bell gets those pants tailored to fit so perfectly... mmm hmmm. | Again... it's always amusing to watch the guys doing weirdo dorky yoga poses and pilates ball exercises.. but whatever it takes to get those bods I guess. :) |

| Haha... this is Mark Hendrickson... what's sad is that he's almost taller than our trainer and he's squatting. Tall men are very hot. :) | Sprints - the ultimate punishment. Hey, when I played basketball, I'd lie to my coach, saying that I had just eaten dinner before practice and couldn't run or I'd get sick. Feel free to steal my excuse.. but then again you are getting paid to do what you do and I was only like 12 at the time! |

He was soooo sweet in stopping to sign for these people even after he had been running for like ever... you can tell from the sweat falling off his nose. | Tino Martinez. Okay. Pre Spring Training I spent quite a lot of time complaining about having to look at Tino all year at first base - really annoyed at past statements that he had made about things. I am a changed woman. Tino is SO sweet. He went down the fence line and signed for everyone! I actually heard that he had been doing this every day. He had a great way with the fans and truly seems excited about playing baseball here. I guess even I am entitled to making mistake every couple of years... hehe. | |

| Robert Fick, who seemed really cool. He came over right away and just seemed excited to stop and sign autographs for the fans. Even made jokes and laughed with everyone. He seems really sweet... but my favorite redhead is ---> | This photo totally cracked me up. I had been snapping excessive photos of the guys working out and I think that Mr. Standridge was trying to tell me what he thought about it. Oh well. But look, the important part of this photo is that Seth McClung is back on the field in the Rays Uni... oh yeah and that guy on the right (don't know who it was) but geez, hello, I think you need a little more water before you swim. :) |

| Fred McGriff! Yeah! Back in a Rays uni... and one that isn't nasty ugly! (Actually, I never really thought that the black unis were that bad... but I do prefer the green.) So anyway, Freddy was so awesome and the fans were just great to him, cheering and yelling nice things to him. Good luck Fred, hope you get those homeruns! | |
