Description
Eight-Notation looks like this:
8yyyymmddhhmmssfffff...
where:
"8" is the ASCII-digit "8" (Eight);
"yyyy" indicates Year_Common_Era_Gregorian;
"mm" indicates Month_Gregorian (1 thru 12);
"dd" indicates Day_of_the_Month (1 thru 28, 29, 30, or 31);
"hh" indicates Hour_of_the_Day (0 thru 23/24);
"mm" indicates Minute_of_the_Hour (0 thru 59/60);
"ss" indicates Second_of_the_Minute (0 thru 59/60);
"ff..." indicates Fraction_of_the_Second (0 to 1);
