Every year, the number of immigrants increases. Many people begin to flee their own country which is their homeland in search of the country which is easier to live. It seems that there are so many serious reasons that make them decide to renounce their homeland, and the reasons are deeply involved in their life environment. One person may need to find a work to support his or her family in foreign country because there are no opportunities to get a job in their own county, groan under tyranny and be impossible to continue keeping their mind clean or calm, and lose everything because of some natural disasters or wars. At any rate, migration is the way to solve the life-threatening issue and the last resort for them to survive their life. I could guess easily the situation or environment would be terribly bad. Thus, migration is generally caused by the following factors: a slump of economy, political persecution, and disaster by war or nature.
First, the slumping economy is one of the biggest problems. It causes terrible inflation and unemployment. The companies lay off a lot of employees, and it is hard for them to find new jobs. Prices have gone up, and they have no money. Under this situation, they might think, "Here are no jobs and chances. Offers of a situation have reached bottom. I do not think this situation is looking up. If this situation will not change for the better, I have no choice but to go to another country which has enough opportunities for employment." It seems that this is sufficient reason to migrate somewhere.
Second, political persecution is also one of the main reasons for migration. A main political measure, and in some cases, the main religion, cause serious persecution. People who have different opinion from the brutal dictatorship and have continued to be persecuted for a long time are utterly disgusted with the dictatorship of their country, and choose to migrate. It seems that they have not enough power and indomitable perseverance.
Third, war and natural disaster problems are beyond commonality control. If a country always engages in warfare, people in the country will be fed up with the situation. If war or natural disaster have happened and destroyed, people have to choose their ways whether should stay and rebuild all ravaged things or should migrate to another country which they have never been.
Thus, there are very deep-seated reasons for migration more and yet more. But, migration is no piece of cake. It is very hard to abandon the place where they have lived for a long time. I feel strongly that it is also the severe fact that there is profound disappointment at the root of migration, and what people who are not satisfied and disappointed with their country's living conditions migrate from their country to another country is allowedly one solution. However, I would think that migration is not a real solution, but is just a way to escape from their problems; and it also causes secondary problems, such as trespass, breakdown of the family, and brain drain. So, we need to think about the real solution of these problems even if it cannot be found at this moment. There are no countries which have no problems, so we should turn our attention to our own country to find the best solution. We should and can try to solve the problems for ourselves, from today.
