A few years back , when Nappa and Vegita still went from planet to planet, as mercenaries for Freezer , they had just decided to pay a visit to earth, but first they stopped on Lyrie which was not a beautiful planet but where people were good fighters even though they were peaceful.Nappa wanted to have fun.They trashed the place, killing men , women and children just for the sake of it.
As it is often done with mercenaries, Nappa spotted an attractive female and decided to have his way with her. When he was done, he killed her with a quick blow to the head. What Nappa didn't know was that as soon as two cels to create an infant were brought together for lyrans, the lifeforme they created could live, grow and be "born" without it's mother's womb.It just needed to be lucky. It also had immediate awarness even as the deed was done. Therefore Lalania would be born and she knew who her father and her mother's killer was.She swore one day he would pay.In Lyrian society, a forming infant who wasn't yet born but out of it's mother's womb took several years to be born , she would have to wait, alone.
A few years later Vegita had rallied the Z-team despite himself.He had killed Nappa and as a training exercise to defeat the cyborgs, he had gone from planet to planet , killing the remains of Freezer's troops. He eventually landed on Lyrie where he found no one but a new born infant (he'd killed everyone else years back).
He decided to bring the infant back on earth so it would have a chance to live
(he was getting soft damnit).
About 4 months later he had his own son which he didn't appear to care for much (he did tough) and in his spear time he went to spy on the girl farmers had adopted.
When she was 5, Lalania, who knew exactly who Vegita was , aborded him and explained. On his side he told her he'd killed Nappa (which made her quite happy) and that seeing how well she was doing he would no longer come.What he didn't know is that she had entered the same school as his son's and was about to become a good friend of his.
There, now you know who she is and what miserable past she has.
Now, on with the story.

-That's what I wanted to talk to you about ,I don't like the way you're running around those girls or the way you're behaving in general.Now, I've though about this and I've come up with a few rules I want you to follow.

-You don't have a choise and you'd better do as you’re told or else.Here's the list, I want you to know it and to keep it with you.
nb.1:I will not have sex until I'm 18 years old.
nb.2:I will not have any sexual games or fun until I'm 18.
nb.3:I will not be in the same room as a girl alone without my parents knowing
nb.4:I will not go out without my parents authorisation
nb.5:I will not tell anything that might have to do whith sex to my sister
nb.6:I will not drink acohol until I'm 18.
nb.7:I will not smoke
nb.8:I will clean all the mess I do
nb.9:I will pay with my own money everything I brake(except for constructions)
nb.10:I will obey every rule or face severe consequences.
It's not that bad.
-I won't follow them!

And Trunks ran to his room and locked himself in.
-Don't you think you're being a little hard on him?
-I'm fed up having a son who acts like a brat. He got what he deserved.
