Personality:
He’s hot stuff, and he knows it. If he were a girl, you could even call him a queen. He’s overly flirtatious, just for the fun of it, and holds no pity for those who fall for him, though it doesn’t surprise him at all. He’s definitely not shy, and will do just about anything for attention, even if it means doing something quite embarrassing. He’s not easy to take advantage of, and even though he may do many things just so people will be looking at him, he can figure out if that would be much too stupid an act.
Physical Appearance:
Here comes why he’s so sure of himself. This boy is gorgeous, locks of silvery blue hair trailing down to his ankles. He’s thin, with quite an attractive figure: long legs, a small waist, a flat stomach, and just enough muscle that he doesn’t look too scrawny. He’s usually wearing an extremely tight shirt that many times shows his stomach and looks 3 sizes too small…not that this looks bad on him, of course. Tight pants usually go along with this, clinging easily to his legs and waist. His complexion is quite pale, though not enough so he appears sickly. His face is delicately shaped, attractive to both genders. A small nose, thin lips, and seductive eyes with a strange color to them….a faded fuchsia. One or two light freckles are sprinkled over his nose. And beneath those slightly seductive lips are something quite interesting...sharp fangs.

What are their attacks?
1. Fuu-tsuka - The Shura Ninja Art of controlling wind.
2. Shura Sen-puu Ken - One spins one's arm quickly forming a whirlwind with one's Ghost Ki. The slightest touch on this whirlwind can violently blow someone away. A direct hit is fatal, even for powerful warriors. It is possible to use a Double Whirlwind Fist (using both arms).
3.Baku-fuu Shou-heki - A tornado that protects one's body from energy blasts.
History: He was born quite some time ago to two parents, who happily trained him in all the ways of terrorizing a human’s life. His parents held loathing for the race, but Eitel merely pitied them, and decided he would live among them. Since then he’s been running about and playing with humans’ emotions. In an attempt to get in even a bit more trouble, and to get more attention, he came to Worthington Institute.
