Horse Trivia - Did you know the largest horse on record is Brooklyn Supreme, a Belgian who was born in 1928 and died in 1948. He stood 19.2 hands and weighed 3,200 pounds. His shoes weighed 7 1/2 pounds each, and measured 14 " across. He lived in Ogden, Iowa.

Another 19.2 Belgian was General, but he weighed "only" 2,850 pounds. General died at age 24 in 1981.
