INGREDIANTS: |
450 grms Mince
55 grms Finely Diced Bacon
1/2 Cup White Bread Crumbs
1 Tblsp Flour (plain)
1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Medium Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Brown Bread Crumbs (to roll sausage in) |

METHOD: |
Mix all ingredients together with exception of Brown Bread Crumbs
Roll into Sauages shape
Secure in Alfoil or a cloth and boil for 1 1/2 Hours
Remove from water open and roll Sausage in Brown Bread Crumbs
