ABERDEEN SAUSAGE 
 
INGREDIANTS:
  • 450 grms Mince 

  • 55 grms Finely Diced Bacon 

  • 1/2 Cup White Bread Crumbs 

  • 1 Tblsp Flour (plain) 

  • 1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce 

  • 1 Medium Egg 

  • Salt and Pepper to taste 

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Bread Crumbs (to roll sausage in) 

  •  
     
    METHOD:
  • Mix all ingredients together with exception of Brown Bread Crumbs 

  • Roll into Sauages shape 

  • Secure in Alfoil or a cloth and boil for 1 1/2 Hours 

  • Remove from water open and roll Sausage in Brown Bread Crumbs
