MARSHMALLOW
 
INGREDIANTS:
  • 2 Cups Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Hot Water

  • 3 Dsrtsp Gelatine

  • 1/2 Cup Hot Water

  • Coconut

  •  
     
    METHOD:
  • Mix Sugar wih Hot Water untill Dissolved

  • Dissolve Gelatine in Hot Water then add to Sugar Mixture slowly well Beating

  • When mixture has doubled in volume and is gloss white pour into prepared tin

  • When set turn out and cut into bite size pieces and roll in Coconut
