SABDO SALAD 
 
INGREDIANTS:
  • 250 grms Cauliflower (flowerettes) 

  • 250 grms Broccoli (flowerettes) 

  • 1 Carrot Peeled and cut into matchsticks 

  • 1 Cup Thickened Cream (25% milk fat) 

  • 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder 

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • Good sprinkle of Black Pepper

    METHOD:
  • Blanch all Vegetables in boiling salted water (approx 3 minutes) 

  • Drain veges and rince under cold water to stop cooking process 

  • Drain Veges on paper towel well 

  • Combine Cream,Curry,Salt and Pepper 

  • Place Veges in a bowl and pour over the cream mix. Toss lightly 

  • Cover and refridgerate for approx 2 hours 

  • Before serving adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper
