SABDO SALAD |

INGREDIANTS: |
250 grms Cauliflower (flowerettes)
250 grms Broccoli (flowerettes)
1 Carrot Peeled and cut into matchsticks
1 Cup Thickened Cream (25% milk fat)
1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Good sprinkle of Black Pepper |

METHOD: |
Blanch all Vegetables in boiling salted water (approx 3 minutes)
Drain veges and rince under cold water to stop cooking process
Drain Veges on paper towel well
Combine Cream,Curry,Salt and Pepper
Place Veges in a bowl and pour over the cream mix. Toss lightly
Cover and refridgerate for approx 2 hours
Before serving adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper
