All orders ship either same day or next day depending on when the order is received by us. Orders received on Weekends or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Allow three to five business days from placement of order for delivery. Rarely but occasionally popular items are backordered. You will be notified by email should an item you ordered be backordered. Shipping is via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS or USPS and is based on National Herbalife Warehouse Shipping and Handling policy and fees. Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept International orders. FedEx and UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. All addresses must be a physical address. State taxes are charged, collected and paid according to National Herbalife policy.
Discounts of 25 to 50% are available on reorders. Herbalife Advantage Program Is like A Wholesale Buyers Club Receive a minimum of 25% to up to 50% off everything you order with the IBP advantage membership. You can order your products from us at a 25% savings or from Herbalife Advantage Program for a savings of 35% to 50%. Q. What if I want to change my order or add new products as they are introduced after I've joined the wholesale club. No problem. You can change your order at any time between the 1st and 16th of the month to be effective for your next order. This change can be a one time change or become your permanent shipment. Q. What if I want to cancel my order? No Problem. You can stop your order any time between the 1st and 16th of the month to be effective for the next order. This change can be a one time change or become permanent. Once you become a wholesale customer you can stop your order but their is no refund after the order has been shipped. Q. Is it a hassle to start my order after I have stopped it? No. You can activate your order between the 1st and 16th of the month to be effective for your next order. Q. Do I have to order a minimum every month to get my discount. No. You can order any amount you need from us at 25% discount. When you order through the company it must be a minimum of 100.00 to save 35% and your cost with shipping and handling is only 78.00 for a savings of 33.00.
