Easy money:
On the East Road just
out of Hobbiton (past
the woodsman who
trades his dagger for
pipe/ weed), on the ledge
above the stumps that
summon the elves is a
house. Enter it and walk
up to the bookcase.
Press Action and a gold
coin will appear. Leave
the house and re-enter.
Another gold coin will be
there. Repeat this to get
as many coins as needed.

On helms deep:
Destroy the water barrels and in one of them there is a big bonus.
When trying to beat Old Man Willow, simply stand where you are after the cut scene,
enter 1st person and throw a stone at Old Man Willow's trunk, watch the cut
scene, and
stand in the direct centre of the two roots that Willow will shoot at you, and now, his fists and roots will miss you, now simply enter 1st person again, and throw stones at Willow's fists every time he tries to punch you, soon old Tom Bombadil will come, and save your hobbit buddies.
