...Mom and dad are enjoying their day off together, at a look-out in Chattanooga, TN. Dad is working with a "Duck Tours" company, there.
This cafe, across the street from dad's "Duck Tours" ticket office, is one of their favorite places to grab a quick bite, before returning to work.
This is "Creek Falls", no doubt one of mom's favorite get-aways. Mom says she has a lot of time this summer, to do whatever she feels, and explore nature! ...She's really enjoying her time!
Here's dad at the same over-look. ...He also, seems to be enjoying his time in Chattanooga. He says the tours have been fun, but not too time consuming. ...He gets plenty of time off, to spend with mom, touring the area.
Looks as though mom forgot her keys and had to come back! ....Who knows??
This is dad, busy at one of his favorite pass-times, ...watching the tube! ...Worked as a pretty good picture, though.
...This is Mom's hometown, in Central Kansas. She, her parents, sister, and two brothers, moved from Wellington to Hot Springs, AR, at the age 14.
On our way to Seattle, for the summer of 1999, we stopped off to visit with "Grandma Drinkard", and took a tour of mom's home town. We went to the park where she used to play when she was little. Not much had changed.
