Site must promote BDSM in a safe and positive manner.

Site must have content other than links and advertising banners.

Site must not be under construction, we do understand that maintaining pages such as these is an ongoing work, and will allow for construction pages that are being designed.

Site must not have dead links or broken images.

Site must be easy to navigate and visually appealing.

No pay or member only sites will be eligible.

No pornography.
