The Poetry of the Tuqan Family

Throughout this century, the Tuqan family has been renowned across the Middle East for the beauty and eloquence of their poetry. Through the older generations, we have heard the voices of hope amid the opression of the Zionist occupation of our homeland. Through the younger generation, we see the confusion of a young Tuqan searching for her identity in a world without absolutes or meaning.
