"THE GREAT YOWIE PRIZE SURPRISE" Competition is being conducted to run between the 15th January 2002 & 31st December 2002 But the competition is only run for 4-6 weeks as nominated by each participating Retail Outlet. The way the competition is run is each participating retail outlet that sells Yowie Icecreams (not all of them) is given a box that contains all the Promotional Material, Prizes & 500 Prize Tickets. Out of the 500 Prize Tickets that each store has, 114 of them are prizes. You receive a Prize Ticket with each Yowie Icecream that you buy, Then you pop out part of the Ticket to see if you are an Instant Winner. If you do win a prize, You then return it to where you brought the Yowie Icecream and claim your prize on the spot. .

Prizes that you can win per 500 Tickets ( per Store )
2 x Yowie Backpacks - Valued at $50 each
4 x Yowie Cameras - Valued at $30 each
24 x Yowie Wallets - Valued at $20 each
24 x Yowie CD Holders - Valued at $15 each
60 x Yowie Choc Icecreams - Valued at 90 cents each
Total of 114 prizes valued at $1114

The competition has only been found in Queensland at the moment but the tickets have Permit numbers for NSW, ACT & SA which means that it should be found to be running in other states. If you have the competition running in the state that you live in, Please let the group know.
