I think that everybody hopes to be successful. Little Women by Louisa May Alcott is about four girls who work hard to meet their goals. This book is a story about four sisters, Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy. They helped each other to realize their dreams. In chapter 7, the girls told their wishes and planned a meeting after ten years. After that, the girls started to work hard in order to realize their goals. This chapter is the most interesting. I think among them, Jo's was the hardest. Her goal was to be a writer. Early in her career, she met success. Her articles were published in the newspapers, and she earned checks. She used them to pay the bills and bought a new carpet. There made her family happy. Then Jo decided to write her novel. She was a successful author. The lesson of this book is if you want to achieve your goal, you should work very hard. This is a good book. I recommend that my classmates read it. |
