Monday, August 21 Abbott House: Billy gets out of the pool, after taking a morning swim, A huge smile appears on his face, as he remembers holding Mackenzie by the pool the night before. Suddenly, Ashley appears and comments on how happy he is. "Is there a reason for that?!" she asks. Billy quickly replies, "Well how about you? You're sure Susie Sunshine today!" Ashley answers that "Yeah, (she is), you gotta problem with that?!!" Billy says he definitely doesn't and that it's nice to see a smile on her face finally. Suddenly a smiling John walks in a nd says "(he's) glad to hear that!"
Crimson Lights: Raul walks in and orders a coffee. He turns around and notices Brittany sitting alone, and requests that the waiter "make that two". Raul pays and takes the coffee over to the table where Brittany's sitting. "Hey." he says. No reply. "Earth to Brittany?!" he asks again. She looks up, as if coming out of a daze. He offers her coffee, saying that she "looks like (she) could use it!" He asks if she's feeling okay, because she doesn't look too good, and she replies "No, Raul, no. Actually, I'm feeling pretty terrible!"
Chancellor Mansion: Katherine and Brock discuss whether to tell Mackenzie about Jill's trip to St. Louis, when Mack walks in. They greet her, and she quickly notices that they've been talking about her. They tell her they need to discuss something very serious with her, about Jill. Mack sits down asking "What did she do now?" They say that they know about the letter she signed for, but understand her reasoning. They then tell her that Jill had gone to ST.Louis to find proof that Mack wasn't Brock's daughter. Mack is upset, wondering what ths e had ever done to Jill to deserve this, and that Jill has no right to dig into her life. Katherine calms her down, saying that she agrees, but Mack's birth records prove that Mack is, indeed, her granddaughter.
Crimson Lights: Raul tells Brittany that Rianna finally clued him in - that Brittany wanted to spend some time alone with Billy the night before. Brittany doesn't say anything, so Raul asks her how it went. She says that she didn't feel well so she left not long after Raul and Rianna did. He tells her that maybe she should go home and get some rest. She agrees and says that she isn't up to doing the Glow by Jabot house today. Raul says he ahs to split but tells her to "hang in there". She thanks him and right after he leaves, JT creeps up. Brittany moves to a different table and he follows her. He tries to convince her that Billy is using her and to dump him, but she says she doesn't like to be pushed. He tells her that she used to be so sure of herself, and now she's just letting Billy walk all over her.... so she slaps him!
Abbott pool: Billy is laying on a lounge chair, listening to his discman, when Raul arrives and gets him out of it. He says that there's nothing like starting a m orning with rock and roll! and then asks Raul what was up? Raul was puzzled, so Billy pointed out that he was early. Raul tells him that he needs to talk, and Billy agrees, saying wanted to as well. Billy acknowledges that Raul & Rianna had a lot of excuses to leave the night before, "so!?!" Raul replies. "So did you two get together?" Billy asks him. Raul seemed confused again. Billy shyly pointed out that "She's a nice girl, and she looks good in a bikini too." Raul replies that "She happens to be going out with JT." Billy's answer to that was "Yeah, she doesn't like him much" Raul - "(he's) not on the lookout for a new girlfriend anyways" Billy asks him why, and he answers that he's "still in love with Mack. (He) can't just turn that off," You can tell Billy feels bad, but Raul continues "I don't know if I'll ever get over Mack..." "Well giving Rianna a chance might help," Billy answers. Raul shakes his head and tells Billy that Brittany told him and Rianna to leave so Britt and Billy could be alone... but then when he saw Brittany at the coffeehouse, she said it didn't happen. "Yeah," Billy nods, "she said she wasn't feeling well" Raul argues that Brittany isn't sick, that something is bothering her and since Billy's her boyfriend, he figured he would know what it was.
Chancellor Mansion: Mack worries that Jill may have contacted her mother. Kay and Brock assure her that she didn't, and there's no reason to worry, because Jill's backing off now. Mack replies, "I'm not worried. For the first time in as long as I can remember, I'm not worried." Suddenly she's overjoyed and continues, "there's something I need to tell you. Something happened this summer, and I've wanted to tell you guys for so long, and now I finally can!" Mack thendecides that she better hurry, so she's not late for work, but she'll tell them as soon as she gets back.
Abbott pool: Billy says that he doesn't know what's going on with Brittany, and asks Raul if he does. Raul answers no, and is disappointed because he doesn't think Billy really cares about Brittany. He then continues (by the expression on Billy's face), "Sorry, man. I just figured that you would say you feel the same about Brittany as I do about Mack.... but then again, look where that got me." Billy looks like he feels bad again, and Raul decides to go inside and check out the website. Billy says to himself "Brittany has been acting kinda weird lately, I wonder what's up?"
Crimson Lights: Brittany apologizes to J.T. but says that he asked for it. J.T. gets back to the Billy/Mack deal and Brittany says that he's right, she shouldn't be sitting around feeling sorry for herself, but she's not going to just walk away. J.T.'s frustrated and asks her why the hell not? She says that she's going to get them back worse than ever, and she knows just how to do it - Billy's mother. J.T.'s puzzled. Brittany explains that Billy's mom hates Mack more than anything in the world.
