What is "Best Appreciation Award"?
         It is an award given to one amongst the visitors/participants (students) of Science Meet 2005 by judging his/her degree of appreciation of the activities and suggestive comments on the programme through answers in the questionnaire to be filled in by competitors. Five competitors selected through the questionnaire will be interviewed before the general audience and in the presence of a panel of judges for selection of the final winner. The potential competitors are prompted in their own interest that witnessing the maximum number of activities during the four days of the Science Meet 2005 is likely to help one to win the award.

Venue and time of selection :
        The questionnaire will be distributed to the competitors at the Meet Venue at 11 a.m. sharp on 15^th May 2005 and the final interview will be held at 2 p.m. on the same day at the same place.

Value of the Award :
        Cash prize worth Rs 2,000/- and a Certificate of Merit.

Disputes :
      In case of any disputes, the decision of the panel of judges will be final and binding.
