My name is Michael Hsu, Founder and CEO of the Youth Success Institute. I'm honored and excited to present this one of a kind Institute, a significant milestone on the long way towards the shaping of a new generation.

The vision of forming this Institute is born out of my own brokenness and struggle in raising teenage children. Through this humbling experience, God gives me a heart and empathy towards the understanding of the pains and hurts of many parents, and instills in me the compassion to reach out to help them. Besides, as a pastor and motivational speaker for the past thirty years, I have developed a great love and passion for young people with an overwhelming desire to see them unleash their creative potentials and succeed in life.

The EQ-SQ program has been developed after a long learning process and it's based on many researches. After consulting with many concerned parents, and experts in the field of education and psychology, I've reached the conclusion that the most important educational task today is to develop and nurture the EQ and SQ abilities of our teenagers!

The EQ-SQ training and personal coaching encompasses some of the world’s top-rated EQ and Leadership Training curriculums, many of them used by Fortune 500 companies to train their managers and employees. These curriculums have been specially adapted for teens in order to generate a long-lasting success and meaningful behavioral changes in the lives of our students.

Dear parent, I am looking forward to meeting you in person at one of our upcoming events. I'll be more than honored to have the opportunity to explain the endless benefits of our program as well as the huge prospects for your child. I would like to take this opportunity and apologize for not being able to provide for the extensive demand for the program. I promise to do whatever possible to meet the growing demand, accepting more than 200 students a year.

It is my desire and passion to see more and more graduates of the Youth Success Institute become true leaders of their own lives, families, communities, churches and society!! It is my firm conviction that our personal coaching and training will have a very strong positive effect on our students.
