Section 1 - League Settings
1.1. 8 teams allowed in league.
1.2. Unlimited innings and games played.
1.3. On-line draft.
1.4. All MLB players are eligible to be drafted.
1.5. Weekly line-up due by Monday at 12:00 am PDT.
1.6. Season will consist of 21 weeks with each team playing the other 7 teams twice.

Section 2 - Draft
2.1. Teams are allowed 5 keepers from previous season.
       2.1.A. Keepers must be announced more than and may not be changed less than one week before the draft.
2.2. If a team's keepers are not drafted after the first 5 rounds, they are eligible to be drafted by the rest of the league.
2.3. Draft picks may be traded.
2.4. Draft slots are chosen in the following order:
       2.4.A. 1st through 6th draft pick slots are chosen in order of regular season record, worst to best.
       2.4.B. Package Series runner-up gets 7th choice of draft slot.
       2.4.C. Package Series winner gets final choice of draft slot.

3.1. Roster size:
       3.1.A. 25 active players

Section 4 - Scoring
4.1. Total points tallied in a weekly head-to-head format.
4.2. Batting Point Values:
        4.2.A. 1B (1 pt)
        4.2.B. 2B (2 pts)
        4.2.C. 3B (3 pts)
        4.2.D. HR (4 pts)
        4.2.E. R (1 pt)
        4.2.F. RBI (1 pt)
        4.2.G. SB (1 pt)
        4.2.H. BB (1 pt)
4.3. Pitching Point Values:
        4.3.A. IP (2 pts)
        4.3.B. W (10 pts)
        4.3.C. CG (5 pts)
        4.3.D. SV (10 pts)
        4.3.E. ER (-1 pt)
        4.3.F. H (-.5 pt)
        4.3.G. BB (-.5 pt)
        4.3.H. K (1 pt)
4.4. Head-To-Head Scoring (Record):
        4.4.A. Win by 1-24 (5-4)
        4.4.B. Win by 25-74 (6-3)
        4.4.C. Win by 75-124 (7-2)
        4.4.D. Win by 125-199 (8-1)
        4.4.E. Win by 200+ (9-0)
4.5. Tiebreakers:
        4.5.A. In a weekly match up, if tie score, winner determined by team with fewest plate appearances.
        4.5.B. If teams have the same record at the end of the season, the team with best record head-to-head in the current season will finish with the higher seed. This affects which teams make the playoffs and draft order the following season.

Section 5 - Transactions
5.1. Unlimited roster moves
5.2. No waivers.
5.3. FA drop/adds will take effect the following week.
5.4. Trades upon approval from commissioner.
5.5. Trade deadline will be the end of August (TBD by Yahoo!).

Section 6 - Postseaon
6.1. The 4 teams with best records at season's end shall make the playoffs. (Tiebreaker; see section 4.5.B.)
6.2. Play-off match-ups will be two weeks in length.
6.3. No drop/adds during first week of each round of the play-offs.
6.4. If a team does not make the playoffs, they may not make roster moves during the playoffs.
6.5. A homefield advantage of double the difference in average weekly scores will be given to the team with the high seed. If the lower seeded team has the scoring advantage, the advantage will be zero.

Section 7 - Awards
7.1. Weekly, determined by point totals:
        7.1.A. Hitter of the week (kfs.com)
        7.1.B. Pitcher of the week (kfs.com)
        7.1.C. Team of the week (kfs.com)
7.2. Yearly, voted by owners, unless otherwise specified:
        7.2.A. Midseason All-Star teams
                  7.2.A.1. All-Star Team starters chosen based on fantasy points scored for current team.
                  7.2.A.2. Remainder of team will be chosen and managed by owners of previous season's Package Series.
                              7.2.A.2.A. Managers will choose 5 UTIL players and 3 pitchers.
                  7.2.A.3. Entire roster will be scored.
                  7.2.A.4. All-Star MVP awarded to highest scoring player (Spanky Fairbanks Cutoff Jersey).
        7.2.B. Draft Steal (D-Lowe Award)
        7.2.C. Draft Bust (Erstad Award)
        7.2.D. Best FA pickup (Tacoma Award)
        7.2.E. Worst Keeper (Daryl Kile Award)
        7.2.F. MVP (Kenny Curveball Award)
        7.2.G. Rookie of the Year
        7.2.H. Package Series MVP awarded to highest scoring player in Package series.
        7.2.I. All-KFS team honors awarded to highest scoring players at each position.
