There is a total cast of 10 people on UH OH!.  6 are "in studio" (Ie they are always on the set) and the other 4 are on the Slime Tour.  Here is a look at each 'in studio' character:
 

Wink Yahoo is your host.  He's always dressed in outrageous suits from the 70s (complete with white belt, that doesn't match his shoes) and has big hair the could easily withstand a tornado.  He does a really good job of keeping the game moving along, even if he does make the odd scoring mistake.  He also seems to have some sort of control over the punisher, calming him after he breaks out of his cage by forming an 'L' with his left hand and saying "Punisher...CONTROL!".  Every show, he comes out through a mylar curtain and either blows a kiss, winks, shoots the 'finger gun', spins around or any combination of those things.  Very entertaining to watch.
 
 
 

Slashin' Sam and Tearin' Aaron are the 2 masters of Mayhem on the UH OH! set.  They have multiple Mayhem jobs...judging, score keeping, telling the contestants the rules, refereeing the games, directing the kids to the next 'station' and sometimes operating the mechanical props on at least one of the stunts.  Both of their personalities make the game entertaining to watch.

 

Patricia (aka Quizster Patricia) also has a couple jobs on the show.  She asks the kids questions when they have to go to the Speed Round but also gives the kids the ball/instructions when they have to goto The Dump.  Patricia is also entertaining and sometimes cracks up when the kids blow an 'easy' question.  She's always very encouraging when the kids go to the Speed Round, especially when they look terrified of having to answer those questions.  She also gives the fastest rules to the game that I've heard anyone deliver!
 
 
 
 
 

This guy is the most feared character on kid's TV today.  Kept locked in a cell before each program, he'll bust his way out and terrorize the studio.  Sometimes he'll throw a kid (or 3) into a pool of goo, squirt them with water, he's even attacked Sam once and Wink too...TWICE!  The punisher really has only one job...to dump goo on kids if their partner gets an UH OH! question wrong...2 buckets if it's UH OH! DELUXE.
 
 
 
 
 

This could be Mr. Voiceman, the announcer for UH OH!  He starts the show off, introduces Wink, introduces the teams, tells everyone what the prizes are for this game (and upcoming grand prizes).  He has never been 'knowingly' been seen on camera.  By that, I mean that he could be a cameraman, Wink (or Aaron or the Punisher) doing a different voice or even on of the creative-staff.  He does a very good job of announcing...who ever he is.  By the way, it's pronounced Voice-man (like Superman).
