These are all of the changes I've noticed in the game, big and small, between Season #1 and Season #2.
 

• Wink's jacket lapels have glittery edges
• "starburst" lights around the set
• UhOh Deluxe space on R2 wheel
• Patricia sometimes wears a pink suit jacket but always wears a '?' on her chest
• The kids' name tags are paper, not large plastic slime-splats
• TShirts have the YTV logo on them
• R1 wheel has plexiglass, lighted spokes
• Slime tour podiums now have 4th card that says "Slime Tour" on the team's color
• Patricia is a bit blonder and more tanned
• The punisher sometimes throws kids into the "goo pool" if there's one on the set
• The punisher sometimes breaks through the side of his "cell"
• Sometimes the 3rd scoreboard says "***" instead of "YTV"
• If a player gest an UHOH question wrong, they use the "UHOH" sound from ICQ as a sound effect
• Lighting for the wheel is darker
• There is much more 'audience participation'. (Ie they get messy too/stunts are performed infront of the audience)
• Sam gets a new hair-do part way through the season
• The punisher's goo seems to be a bit thicker
• Patricia's Speed Round cards now say 'Speed Round' over top of a slime splat
• The backdrop is different
• More jokes for parents
• Wink reviews the scores from lowest to highest instead of top to bottom, regardless of score
• Audience now chants 'Dump-Dump-Dump' if a player lands on that space
• There have been many changes to 'The Dump'
• They added moving flippers, replaced the "normal" bumpers with lights, removed the 1/2 moon
• bumpers from the top of the gameboard, etc etc etc
