And here is my own short summary of Meteor Garden II:

F4 graduates already and San Cai goes to Spain with Dao Ming Si. Before their departure, Lei gives Dao Ming Si a letter telling him to propose to San Cai. After a few days in Spain, Dao Ming Si leaves a dress and a letter for San Cai telling her to meet him at an old chruch. On his way to the church, Dao Ming Si gets into a car accident and gets amnesia. A Chinese mestiza called Ye Sha helps Dao Ming Si regain his memory and they fell in love with each other. San Cai, on the other hand, was suffering heartaches, along with Lei, Xi Men and Mei Zuo, for the loss of their friend. Ye Sha meets San Cai and they become good friends and Ye Sha works with San Cai. Dao Ming Si visits Ye Sha in the store and San Cai finally sees him and gets to talk with him. She then tells Dao Ming Si that she was his girlfriend but Dao Ming Si refused to believe her. In the later part of the story, Dao Ming Si regains some of his memory. In almost the last part of the story, Ye Sha dies of cancer and Dao Ming Si goes to look for San Cai. San Cai became a tour guide and was going back to Spain. Dao Ming Si went after her and.. well, you know. They got back together. ^-^
