Poonum and me Poonum was the first member of her class to receive the Master of Pharmacy degree fromt the Chancellor on account of the fact that her surname was Achal, which placed her at the front of the alphabetically-arranged queue. Obviously a bright student, Poonum graduated with First Class Honours.
