    I'm here to talk about and clarify the rule's on
    Effect Monster's. The most common effect is the FLIP: 
    effect. "A flip effect is activated when the said 
    card is flipped from face down to face up, the effect 
    also activates if the card is flipped up due to an Attack,
    Magic card or Trap card. This means if you play a Man-
    Eating Bug straight from your hand to the field it's effect 
    does NOT activate. (take this to heart, I've seen plenty of 
    "Newbies"do this exact thing) The second and last effect we'll be 
    talking about is the Continuous Effect, The Continuous effect 
    is activated while the monster is face-up on the field. Two 
    example's of this are Wall of Illusion and Lord of D. (note 
    lord of D. has a debate all of it's own and eventually we'll 
    do something on that). Nomatter if you play for fun or 
    competitively, be assertive and never be afraid to challenge
