This I belive is a bicore photovore that uses a Unicore (unifiedcore).  The inverter is the same ast a bicore, a 74XX240.  Made by Mark Tilden

A FLED based photovore made for because no one thought it could be done.  It was made by Ben Hitchcock and the colored area was added by Spencer

These two circuts are Tritium type three solar engines.  The one above is a photovore, below is a basic SE.  A type one uses time to trigger, type 2 uses voltage, and a type 3 uses current.  It adapts to specific solar panel/capacitor/light level available.

The second circle is negative.

A photovore by Wilf Righter, uses a 74AC240 or a 74HC240.
