Yui Jiranan Manojem talks about her role in the movie 'OK Baytong' by Sahamongkol Films.

"In this movie, the character I play is Lin, a Thai girl with Chinese ancestry. The character is a loving person and she likes to help out other people. She is also a person who is willing to change everything for the sake of love, including her religion, Num Utaporn Thimakorn plays as the guy I love. The character isn't very much different from me because I also like to talk a lot and have fun. The only difference being that I may not be as serious with life as Lin is. OK Baytong is my first movie and it's sort of a drama-comedy. At first I never thought I would have the chance to work with Nonzee Nimitbut, a director that I admire and have always followed his work. P'Uey Nonzee is really kind hearted and helped guide me with a lot of stuff. So everytime that we do shoot, it's very fun and not stressful. As for working with 2 p'eks, P'Wan Puwarit Poompuang and P'Num Utaporn Thimakorn; P'Wan I've known before so it wasn't as hard because he's someone he takes responsibility in what he does and it was easy to work with him. As for P'Num he stars as my significant other, and a muslim who commited a crime that almost made us break up, but because of Lin's love for him, she changed her religion. I think that if people truly love each other, then there is no obstacle that we can't overcome. Religion or nationality doesn't have the power to separate people, but love has the power to change people and also change ourselves."
