Maron: She looks like she is a very storng and independent girl.  Her parents were seperated and left her alone when she was very small. Miyako's family take care of her since they are neighbors. She is good at everything, especially in gymnastics, She is also very graceful person who is loved by many people. She has a lot of admirers who she never pay attention to.

Kaitou Jeanne: She is the transformation of Maron. Her duty is to capture all the demons that hide in paintings. She would throw a pin to the pictures and the demons will be "checkmate". Then the paintings would change to a beautiful angel painting and the owner will turn back to normal people again. She is known as a thief of paintings and being chased by the police, mainly Miyako.

Chiaki:The first impression that he gave Marron was that he is a guy that loves to flirt. However, he actually is a nice guy. He leave his rich family and look for Jeanne because he has some conflicts with his father. When he found out that Jeanne is Maron, he tried to make Maron likes him and to give up being a kaitou. Eventually, he fall in love with Maron and he is very devoted to her.

Sinbad: He is the transformation of Chiaki. He also have the power to capture demons by "checkmate". He is not weak and can have a draw if he fights with Jeanne. Although he is also a kaitou and police are also chasing him, Miyako pays no attention tho him, but Minazuki does because of Maron.

Finn: She is an angel that helps Maron/Jeanne to capture the demons. She said that she was sent by the god to give missions to Maron. Maron can't transform to Jeanne without her. She can sense where are the demons. However, she actually got a secret hiding behind Maron............

Acess: He is a dark angel who gives Chiaki/Sinbad missions. He also have a cursh on Finn, but he always got rejected and beaten up by her.Same as Finn, Chiaki can't transform without him. He is the first one to know about Finn's secret befor Maron and Chiaki.
