My GOLDEN WEEK

I  was really looking forward to this vacation, because, I usually busy for club  activities. Therefore, I thought how to use my holidays.

On  April 29, I went for a drive with my family. It was sunny and comfortable day.  We went to Lake Toya at first. There is known as a hot-spring resort and very  beautiful place. Many people visit there every time. However, there suffered a  great damage from eruption of Mt. Usu last year. I felt sorry for heard that,  because I had been to there several times. I love there very much.

When  we arrived there, volcano was still giving out some smokes and I saw  no-admittance aria, some destroyed houses. It couldn't say completely recovered,  but not so terrible than I worried. Mt. Usu is an intense volcano, and it  erupted four times in last century. Residents were distressed, but they got over  that each time. I believe the people and environment of Lake Toya will recover  soon.

Next, we went to 'Noboribetsu-Date-Jidaimura'. It was my first time to visit  there. It is a kind of recreation facilities. There are many amusements for  example; ninja-house, historical play theater, Japanese style-haunted house, and  all of staffs wear old style costume like a kimono. In this place, we can enjoy  early modern ages Japanese mood.

It  was not so bad for me. Why I don't say 'good'? Because, there was not as full as  I expected. It seemed a little childish and banal. In addition, the admission  fee was very expensive!! I enjoyed certainly, but I was not satisfied somehow.
