Ahh.... Tsubasa (Reservoir) Chronicle is one of my favorite series out there.... Highly recommend either the Anime or the Manga if you havn't started the series, especially if you're a CLAMP fan. The basic premise of the story is that Sakura and Syaoran are childhood friends, with Sakura being a princess, but during an archeological dig Sakura ends up losing her 'Wings' (her heart/soul/power) and all the feathers scatter to different dimensions. From there, in order to save her, Syaoran gets sent to the Dimension Witch Yuuko, who gives him and 2 other visitors White Mokona so they can all travel to different worlds/dimensions. However, Mokona does not come cheap as each of them have to give up the thing they value most.... and it's certainly a heavy price for Syaoran..... So basically, they go to each world and end up running into alternate versions of people from different CLAMP works.... for instance, in the first world they go to, they run into Arashi and Sorata from X, as well as Sanyun, Primera, and the 3 Mashin from Rayearth (Rayearth, Ceres, Windom), and Touya and Yukito from CCS/the world Sakura/Syaoran are from. And of course, in just about every world they visit, if you watch carefully, you always find Miyuki-chan running somewhere with some type of food in her mouth ^_~ If you watch the background carefully a lot of other characters make little cameos. So if you like CLAMP, and you like cross-over/alternate world fanfiction, you'll love this series!! ~ WARNING: Towards book 15/16, the story gets VERY upsetting, and the plot is UNBELIVALBLY TWISTED.... Only CLAMP could come up with a story-line like this..... |

There has been a LOT of merchandise that has come out, including shitajiki, posters, cds, plush dolls, guide books, memo pads, clear files, book marks, trading chains (keychain-like metal plates), clear cards, phone straps, phone cards, hand towels, calendars, schedule books, Bust Figures, EX Figures, Gashapon, Keychains.... well there's a lot. There have also been 3 Trading card sets that came out. All trading card set information/scans are below.

The first set that came out was from Bandai... a Carddass set. Up until it came out, there was no word that it was a gaming set. However, the cards are still VERY nice and really worth collecting even if you don't like CCG sets. Each box has 15 packs and each pack has 6 cards. The set has 14 rares and 49 regs. 7 Rares/Box. Rares are placed within the regs (Like the AnC Washis). Rare #s are: 1-7, 12, 13, 23, 32, 43, 53, 63. A Second Set should have come out already :( |

Then, Amada came out with 2 different sets at the same time, and since their site doesn't give any information about them, it was hard to differentiate them. It became especially hard when it became apparent that both sets have the same number of specials and regs.....
One set is a Trading Collection. It has 18 specials and 45 regs. Each pack comes with 9 cards each, and each box comes with 15 packs. Every pack comes with a Special card. |

The other set is a Gum set (meaning each pack comes with a piece of candy). This set also has 18 specials and 45 regs, but the 18 specials are divided up as 9 metallic and 9 etching. This set comes with 12 packs in a box, and only 3 cards in a pack (2 regular and 1 metallic/etching).
One ironic thing about these 2 sets is that a bunch of the specials have pretty much the same images.... |

This is one of the 2 gashapon sets... It contains Sakura, Syaoran, Kurogane, Tomoyo, another figure of Sakura, and a secret figure of Yuuko. They all come in Mokona capsules. |

The other gashapon set.... This one features Sakura, Syaoran, Fai, Chii, and Primera ~ Also a limited version of Primera that comes with a "bubble" of her singing... I got lucky and ended up getting the limited version ^_^ |
