Manga Synopsis (soon) | Background information | Pictures W (Double) Juliet starts off with a narration by the main character, Miura Ito ... (Although Ito is female, she looks, dresses and even acts like a guy... This is even to the extent of wearing the school uniform made for the guys at her school!) She introduces a beautiful blonde-haired girl by the name of Amano Makoto, who has just joined Ito's drama club at school. Ito befriends Makoto and even brings her home from school one day... Left, Makoto; Right, Ito However, both of them accidentally get soaked at Ito's house. While Makoto is changing out of her wet clothes, Ito walks in only to discover that Makoto is really a guy by the name of Narita Makoto! It
turns out, Makoto really yearns to be an actor. However, his father has
other plans for his only son. Hence, the former made a deal that if Makoto could
cross-dress throughout the rest of his high school years and not be discovered doing so,
only then will he allow Makoto to do as he wishes...
"He
was a boy, she was a girl, can I make it any more obvious?" (Apologies to

Why do
I like this manga series so much? Well... Let me count the reasons... 1. I think the drawing's
really good...
2. It's (kind of) different from the usual shoujo manga around... In the
sense that Ito isn't portrayed as the usual weak "damsel-in-distress" as
often found in shoujo manga... 3. The love between Ito
and Makoto is really sweet... Worth the money...
Some pictures to prove my point... Left to right: Miura Yuuto, Miura Ryuuya and Miura Tatsuyoshi Yuuto and Ryuuya holding on to Ito
