Meesha's Wool Cloak

This short cloak was bought by a friend at a thrift store and traded
to me for one of the Meesha cloaks. It didn't fit either of us. I modified
this wool cloak to make it fit, fixed up some apparent errors, and gave
the collar a "stand-up" option for really cold nights.
