Magician's Accent Skirt

I was working in a magic booth that year (Mom Crosewl's Magic Shop)
and wanted something that looked like a merchant class outfit
(Renfest style, not actually period) with a touch of playfulness
that magicians seem to have. This skirt was part of the outfit.

The bodice is from Moresca.
I put extra front panels on the bodice to fit it the sewing doll.
