It's just for you to see how many fans there are from other countries (it's listed), and to show that you're a true fan! (Thus, this is a fanlisting for Kakyou, a manga/anime character. :D)

The reason I don't have any information about Kakyou or X is because this is a fanlisting. I assume you're here because you KNOW who Kakyou is and you love him. So putting up information about a character you're already supposed to know about seems rather pointless.
