The “No Melt” Raw Chocolate Recipe:
• 4 T cacao powder
• 4 T cacao butter
• 1 T – 1 ½ T agave or to taste (agave makes chocolate soft instead of hard so add by the teaspoon. 3 teaspoons equals 1 Tablespoon)
• 1 T vanilla bean powder or to taste (approximately 2 vanilla beans cut up and powdered in a cheap coffee grinder.)
• pinch raw sea salt

-blend it to get rid of any gritty texture- at least 30 seconds
-pour into chocolate molds you’ve bought
-put in freezer for fast hardening but you do not have to keep it there.
-Voila! 30 minutes later it’s hard, smooth, shiny and melt in your mouth delicious!
