skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves, cubed: 1
milk: 1/2 cup
canned
cream of mushroom soup: 1/2 can(150g)
butter:
1/2 tbsp
fettuccine or spaghetti:
90g/120g
grated Parmesan cheese: 1/6
cup
broccoli flowerets: 1/2 cup

1. Prepare fettuccine or spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time of fettuccine or spaghetti. Drain in colander.
2. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
3. In same pan mix soup, milk, cheese and fettuccine mixture and cook through, stirring occasionally.
Make 2 servings.
