±èÄ¡ººÀ½¹ä: Kimchi bokkumbab (Kimchi pilaf)

steamed rice: 2 bowls well-fermented Kimchi: 250g

chopped onion: 100g gound beef: 150g cut-up fresh vegetables: 1 cup

whole corn kernels: 80g sliced cheddar chess: 2 slices oil(butter, margarin): 2tbsp

1. In large skillet, heat oil. Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove from skillet, set aside

2. In same skillet, heat oil. Stir-fry Kimchi with onion for about 3 minutes.

3. Add all veggies to '2'.

4. Add steamed rice, mix all ingredients up.

5. Reduce heat to low, put cheese and let it melts.

6. Serve with Salad, if desired.

Make 2 servings.
